Please note: for hygienic and sanitary reasons, the products to be returned must be in their original condition, they must not, therefore, have been opened, tried on or used, and must not have dents, scratches or any signs of wear and tear that could compromise their saleability. Acqua di Sardegna does not make any replacement or return of a product when:

- the transparent protective film wrapping the perfume box has been removed or compromised

- the perfume has damage to the packaging.
