What are the delivery times?

ITALY: the estimated delivery time is 2/3 working days throughout Italy. (Sardinia: 24 hours)
EUROPE: the estimated delivery time is 4/6 working days.
NON-EU COUNTRIES: delivery times may vary depending on the destination and range from a minimum of 8 working days to a maximum of 15 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

ITALY: the shipping cost is 6.10 euros. Free shipping for orders over 90.00 euros (excluding shipping costs).
EUROPE: the shipping cost depends on the destination country and starts from 8 euros. Free shipping for orders over 150.00 euros (excluding shipping costs).
NON-EU COUNTRIES: the shipping cost varies based on the destination and the package weight. Shipments outside the European Union involve an additional payment related to import customs duties. This extra cost may be requested via a prior notice to the email provided during purchase on our website, or by the courier upon delivery of the package.

How do I know if the order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. Multiple notifications will be sent based on the shipment status updates.

How do I find out the exact delivery day?

You will receive the shipping tracking number by email, which will allow you to check the progress of your delivery day by day.

What are the Payment Methods?

The payment methods to purchase our products are: Credit cards (any network), Bank transfer, PayPal, Satispay, Cash on delivery, Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy 24, SEPA Direct Debit).

Attention: in case of payment by bank transfer (excluding instant transfer), the product is shipped on the day the payment is received, not the day the transfer is initiated. Payments by bank transfer may take several days before the amount is credited to our account, which could delay the shipping times of the products.

I bought a product but it’s not what I expected, what can I do?

No problem! You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to inform us of your intention to return the product. Please note: for hygiene and health reasons, products to be returned must be in their original condition, meaning they must not have been opened, tested, or used, and must not show dents, scratches, or any signs of wear that could affect their resale. If the returned items are damaged, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange. The product is damaged or defective, how can I replace it?

It is rare, but sometimes a product may have a manufacturing defect or be damaged during shipping. Is there a minimum or maximum quantity allowed to purchase products online?

All products in our lines can be ordered without minimum or maximum quantity limits. The only exception is the customized sample kit, which can be purchased only once per customer and in a maximum quantity of 1 piece.

To discover all our fragrances and find out which scent suits you, Acqua di Sardegna offers a range of sample kits designed according to the characteristics of its perfumes. Can I purchase samples from the Home Fragrance Line?

Currently, we only offer a sample line inspired by the Men's, Women's & Unisex fragrances.

I tried a perfume I didn’t know but don’t like it, can I exchange it?

Acqua di Sardegna does not offer any exchange or return of a product when:

- the protective transparent film wrapping the perfume box has been removed or damaged

- the perfume packaging is damaged.

Are the products I find on www.acquadisardegna.com original?

On our official Acqua di Sardegna sales website, you will find only 100% original products.

We do not guarantee the authenticity of perfumes sold by third parties on sales platforms like Amazon.
