I purchased a product but it's not what I expected, what can I do?
No problem!!! You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to notify us of your wish to return the product. Please note: for hygienic and sanitary reasons, products to be returned must be in their original condition, they must not, therefore, have been opened, tried on, or used, and must not have dents, scratches, or any signs of wear and tear that could compromise their saleability. The product is damaged or defective, how do I replace it?

To get to know all of our fragrances and understand which scent can reflect you, Acqua di Sardegna provides you with a series of sample kits designed according to the characteristics of its fragrances, and you will also have the opportunity to compose your own customized sample kit according to your preferences. Can I purchase samples of the Ambiance Line?
We currently only have a line of samples inspired by the Men's, Women's & Unisex fragrances on the market.

I tried a scent I didn't know but didn't like, can I substitute it?
Acqua di Sardegna does not exchange or return a product when:
- the transparent protective film that wraps the perfume box has been removed or compromised
- the perfume has packaging damage.

Are the products I find on www.acquadisardegna.com original?
On our official Acqua di Sardegna sales site you will find only 100% original products.
