ITALY: estimated delivery time is 2/3 working days throughout Italy. (Sardinia: 24 hours)
EUROPE: Estimated delivery times are 4/5 business days.
EXTRA-EU: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and range from a minimum of 8 business days to a maximum of 30 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

ITALY: the cost of shipping is 5.90 euros. Free shipping for orders over 80.00 euro purchase (excluding shipping cost).
Payment on delivery: additional cost of 3.00 euro.
EUROPE: shipping cost is 11.00 euro. Free shipping for orders over 210.00 euro purchase (excluding shipping cost).
EXTRA-EU: shipping cost varies by destination and starts from a minimum of 15.00 euro. Free shipping for orders over 500.00 euro purchase (excluding shipping cost).

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is processed you will receive a shipment notification to your email address where you will be provided with the tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. Rarely it may happen that there is a technical problem and the system does not send the shipping notification, if you have not received any notification regarding the status of your shipment, please feel free to contact us at +39 3938311297 and we will provide you with all the information you are looking for.

How do I know the exact day of delivery?

You will receive a shipment tracking number via email that will allow you to see, day by day, the progress of your delivery. In order to track your shipment updates, all you have to do is enter the tracking number within the courier site that will be provided to you in the shipment notification email.

What are the payment methods?

The payment methods for purchasing our products are: Credit Cards (any circuit), Bank Transfer, PayPal, Satispay, Cash on Delivery, Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Przelewy 24, Sepa Debit).

Please note: In case of Payment by Bank Transfer (excluding Instant Transfer), the product is shipped on the day corresponding to the receipt of payment and not on the day the transfer is issued. Payments by bank transfer may take a few days before the amount is credited to our account and this may result in a delay in product shipment time.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I purchased a product but it's not what I expected, what can I do?

No problem!!! You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to notify us of your wish to return the product. Please note: for hygienic and sanitary reasons, products to be returned must be in their original condition, they must not, therefore, have been opened, tried on, or used, and must not have dents, scratches, or any signs of wear and tear that could compromise their saleability. The product is damaged or defective, how do I replace it?

Rarely it may happen that a product has a factory malfunction or has been damaged in transit, in that case please contact us at our email address [email protected] and let us know what kind of problem you are experiencing with the product you purchased. We will provide you with all the information you need for a product replacement or refund.

All products in our lines can be ordered with no minimum or maximum quantity allowed. The only exception is the custom sample kit which can be purchased once per customer and in the maximum quantity of 1 piece.

How can I try Acqua di Sardegna fragrances?

To get to know all of our fragrances and understand which scent can reflect you, Acqua di Sardegna provides you with a series of sample kits designed according to the characteristics of its fragrances, and you will also have the opportunity to compose your own customized sample kit according to your preferences. Can I purchase samples of the Ambiance Line?

We currently only have a line of samples inspired by the Men's, Women's & Unisex fragrances on the market.

PRODUCTS

I tried a scent I didn't know but didn't like, can I substitute it?

Acqua di Sardegna does not exchange or return a product when:

- the transparent protective film that wraps the perfume box has been removed or compromised

- the perfume has packaging damage.

Are the products I find on www.acquadisardegna.com original?

On our official Acqua di Sardegna sales site you will find only 100% original products.

We do not guarantee the originality of perfumes sold by third parties on sales platforms such as Amazon.
