ITALY: Estimated delivery time is 2/3 working days throughout Italy. (Sardinia: 24 hours)

EUROPE: Estimated delivery time is 4/5 working days.

EXTRA-EU: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and range from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 30 working days.

How much are the shipping costs?

ITALY: Shipping costs are 5.90 euros. Free shipping for orders over 80.00 euros purchase value (excluding shipping costs).

For cash on delivery delivery, an additional cost of 3.00 euros will apply.

EUROPE: The shipping costs are 11.00 euros. Free shipping for orders over 210.00 euros purchase value (excluding shipping costs).

EXTRA-EU: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and start at at least 15.00 euros. Free shipping for orders over 500.00 euros order value (excluding shipping costs).

How do I know if the order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address. You will also receive the tracking number there, which you can use to track the progress of your delivery. In rare cases, a technical problem may occur and the system will not send the shipping notification. No problem! You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to notify us of your desire to return the product. Attention: For hygienic and health reasons, the products to be returned must be in their original condition, i.e. H. they must not have been opened, tested or used and must not have any dents, scratches or other signs of use that could affect their saleability. How can I try Acqua di Sardegna fragrances?

To get to know all our fragrances and understand which perfume can reflect you, Acqua di Sardegna offers you a series of sample kits designed according to the characteristics of its fragrances, you will also have the possibility to compose your own personalized sample kit based on your preferences. Can I purchase samples of the Environment Line?

Currently on the market we only have a line of samples inspired by men's, women's & unisex fragrances.

PRODUCTS

I tried a perfume I wasn't familiar with but I didn't like it, can I replace it?

Acqua di Sardegna does not replace or return a product when:

- the transparent protective film that wraps the perfume box has been removed or compromised

- the perfume has damage to the packaging.

Are the products I find on www.acquadisardegna.com original?

On our official Acqua di Sardegna sales website you will only find 100% original products.

We do not guarantee the originality of perfumes sold by third parties on sales platforms such as Amazon.
