Your package shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of receiving payment. Orders placed on Friday evening may experience a longer delay and be shipped the following Monday. Shipments are made via TNT in Italy, GLS in Austria and Germany, Fedex in other EU countries, and DHL in non-EU countries, with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer Fedex Extra delivery with a signature request, an additional fee will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country: in Italy, they are typically 2-3 business days. In other EU countries, they usually range from 4 to 8 business days. In non-EU countries, delivery times generally range from 8 to 15 business days. Please note that the above shipping times are estimated and may vary due to delays or unforeseen issues caused by the couriers.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postal charges. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. For orders destined for non-EU countries, DHL courier will also require an additional payment related to import customs duties. This extra charge may be requested with prior notice via email or directly upon package delivery. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
